For me, medicine is the perfect blend of science, art and the ability to make a difference is people’s lives. Being a physician assistant really allows me to help individuals overcome health issues so they can enjoy a better quality of life.
I decided to specialize in urology after working closely with a urologist right before attending PA school and seeing just how impactful this area of medicine can be for patients. Urology focuses on health issues that are very personal—spanning everything from kidney stones and cancer to incontinence and erectile dysfunction. It’s so important that the patients who entrust me with their care are comfortable with me and feel like they’re talking with a friend or family member.
I was born and raised in Houston, but am happy to now be living in North Arlington and part of the Dallas-Fort Worth community. When I’m not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with my two nephews and friends, playing sand volleyball and traveling.
